Today I am grateful for my cup of coffee, sunglasses, and cool morning air, just to name a few. Every morning I write down five things I am grateful for. Of course, I am grateful for my family, my job, my health, etc., but seeking the small things that I am grateful for is where the magic is. When you start to look for the small things within your day to be grateful for, you soon realize that you don’t have time for negativity. Looking for these small tidbits within your day has the power to change your mindset. I am a firm believer that what you focus on becomes your reality. I challenge you to look for five ‘small’ things that you are grateful for today and jot them down or share in the comments below.
